5-star luxury hotels. Hotels and guesthouses are spread across the city, though there is a greater concentration toward the center and river side of town. The riverfront
area is particularly popular for its concentration of restaurant, bars, shops and sights. The Boeung Kak Lake area south of the mosque is the backpacker center of town
with dozens of cheap restaurants, bars, internet shops and guesthouses strung along Street 93. Mid-range a/c rooms run from around $15-$90/night with clean a/c
rooms with cable TV, fridge and hot water at the low end and well-outfitted boutique hotel rooms at the top. Business-class rooms start at around $110. At the
other end of the spectrum, fan & bed budget digs can be had from $3-$10/night.
